Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting construction projects from initiation to completion by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and work with the team to develop solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
  • Support procurement by coordinating material orders and deliveries.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project milestones and performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related role.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

  • Open office environment.
  • Full-time, on-site at our Lutherville office. 
  • Interaction with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required based on project demands.
