MacKenzie Retail, LLC is pleased to present The Shoppes at Boyd's Corner, New Castle County, DE's newest mixed-use project, delivering Spring 2022. The project is situated on Dupont Pkwy (Rt. 13), between two signalized intersections (Boyds Corner Rd and Rt. 425). Proposed plans call for the development of 220+ single family homes, 74 townhomes and 100,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and/or office space fronting the project. Within the retail portion of the project is a proposed 50,000 sf retail anchor, 28,000 sf of 1st level retail, 12,500 sf of 2nd level office space, two (2) 8,000 sf retail/restaurant pads, and a 4,800 sf bank pad. Around 6,800 new housing units are currently in development within a 3-mile radius of the project.
