John Michael Joins MCRES as Real Estate Advisor in Bel Air Regional Office
John Michael has joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, the brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, a commercial real estate company which operates five full-service divisions addressing all real estate asset classes, as Real Estate Advisor. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston and recently completed a summer internship program with MacKenzie.
Michael has been assigned to MacKenzie’s Bel Air, Maryland regional office where he will collaborate with the company’s senior team members in the sale and leasing of commercial office, flex/office, and retail space, and the representation of tenants throughout the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. His primary responsibilities will entail generating new leasing prospects, identifying marketing opportunities, and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives. Michael will work under the direction of Tom Mottley, MacKenzie’s Senior Vice President/Principal.
