MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services Brokers Sale of 6400-6402 Falls Road in Baltimore, Maryland for $2.9 Million
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, on behalf of Public Storage, has brokered the sale 6400-6402 Falls Road, a two-building portfolio comprising more than 21,000 square feet of industrial/warehouse space in Baltimore City, Maryland. The unnamed new owner intends to convert the property into a specialty automotive repair facility. Situated on a nearly two-acre parcel, the property features 6400 Falls Road, a nearly 18,000 square foot building with three drive-in doors, and 6402 Falls Road, a nearly 6,500 square foot asset containing two drive-in doors. The site is situated directly off Interstate 83, includes more than 100 feet of frontage on Falls Road, and offers immediate access to Baltimore County and Baltimore City via Interstates 695 and 795. Downtown Baltimore is approximately eight miles away and BWI Airport is approximately 23 miles from the site.
Over the next three to six months, the new owner is expected to retrofit the two buildings to make them suitable for the next phase automotive repair use.
