MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services Brokers Sale of Two Medical Condominiums Totaling $2.175 Million
Local buyers acquire units within 826 Washington Road in Westminster, Maryland
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC has sold two medical condominiums in the Phyllis Green Medical Center located in the Westminster section of Carroll County, Maryland for a combined $2.175 million. Dennis Boyle, Senior Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, represented 844 Condos, LLC in the sale of unit #130, a 3,594 square foot space, for $825,000. Boyle also represented Bruce Wentworth Properties, LLC in the sale of unit #131, a 5,611 square foot space, for $1.35 million. Both condominiums are located at 826 Washington Road.
Delivered in 2007, the Phyllis Green Medical Center is a two-story building comprising 80,000 square feet of medical office space. Located adjacent to MD Routes 97 and 140 and featuring a free surface parking lot, the site is less than one mile from Carroll Hospital Center.
The buyer for unit 130 intends to expand an existing medical practice into the space. The buyer for unit 131, which currently houses Westminster Surgery Center, purchased the space as a long-term investment.
