Bryan Herr Joins MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services With Emphasis on the Sale and Leasing of Industrial Assets
Veteran commercial real estate professional brings four years of brokerage experience to firm
Bryan Herr has joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, the brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, a commercial real estate company which operates six full-service divisions addressing all real estate asset classes, as Vice President. Formerly with Marcus & Millichap, he will be working from MacKenzie’s Baltimore City offices.
Herr will represent the interests of developers, landlords, and institutional owners in the sale and leasing of industrial and warehouse properties throughout the greater Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia region. Herr will also act as a tenant representative to organizations and companies in need of guidance and leadership to satisfy their specific real estate requirements.
Throughout his commercial real estate career, he has executed sales transactions including Dorsey Business Park, 8230 Bletzer Road and Redland Court. Prior to entering the commercial real estate brokerage industry, Herr handled operations and management for Amazon and Walmart for approximately 10 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from West Chester University.
