Equipment and machinery sales and rental company Taylor Northeast has acquired 9214 Pulaski Highway, a Baltimore County warehouse property containing a mix of service, warehouse, and outdoor storage space for $3.95 million from BBD Realty, LLC. Matthew Curran, SIOR, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak, SIOR, Senior Vice Presidents and Principals for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer in this sales transaction. Taylor Northeast, which presently maintains operations in the city, intends to use 100 percent of this property for its expansion requirements.
Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Taylor Northeast maintains facilities in upstate New York, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania. The group sells, rents, and provides service and maintenance for a complete line of large-capacity lift trucks and specialized industrial equipment for use in the materials handling industry.

The site, which also has an outdoor storage space component, is located just over 10 miles from the Port of Baltimore and just over 20 miles frow BWI Airport.
