Morgan Wimbrow Promoted to Senior Real Estate Advisor at MacKenzie
Morgan Wimbrow has been promoted to Senior Real Estate Advisor, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, the full-service brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, LLC, a multi-disciplined commercial real estate, and construction services group based in Lutherville, Maryland. Formerly Real Estate Advisor, Wimbrow joined the company in 2019 and has more than seven years of business and commercial real estate experience.
Based in the company’s Columbia office, Wimbrow provides a full spectrum of advisory services for a diverse array of asset classes including commercial office, flex/office, industrial/warehouse, mixed-use and retail properties. This includes working directing with owners and investors, municipalities, as well as companies and organizations to provide timely and successful outcomes to leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements throughout the Anne Arundel County, Howard County, and Eastern Shore region.
Prior to MacKenzie, Wimbrow worked as a Finance Assistant for Hogan For Governor, as well as a Development Coordinator for the JDRF Capital Chapter. She has represented clients such as Atlantic Union Bank, the Baltimore County Board of Education, Bitty & Beau’s, Denny’s, and Maryland Primary Care Physicians. Wimbrow serves as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute Bay Committee and is a member of the Fort Meade Alliance and NAIOP Maryland. She also serves on the NAIOP Maryland Developing Leaders committee.
