MacKenzie Contracting Company Promotes Sara Pollacco to Vice President

MacKenzie Contracting Company, a full-service general contracting company based in Lutherville, Maryland, and part of The MacKenzie Companies, has announced the promotion of Sara Pollacco to Vice President. Pollacco joined the company in 2018 and was formerly Senior Project Manager.

In her continuing role with the company, Pollacco will oversee the day-to-day construction management activities for a range of projects currently underway by MacKenzie Contracting Company in the Mid-Atlantic region. This includes overseeing the construction work of sub-contracting firms, acting as a liaison between MacKenzie and end-users, trouble-shooting issues on the job site, and managing a diverse set of responsibilities including budgeting, estimating, and change order management to bring construction projects to their successful conclusion.

Pollacco has more than 10 years of project management and business experience and previously worked for Baltimore Waterproofing. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Project Management from Towson University.
