DNL 1825 Edison, LLC Acquires Edison Industrial Center in Northeast Baltimore City

DNL 1825 Edison, LLC has acquired Edison Industrial Center, a multi-use project containing more than 16,000 square feet of warehouse, showroom and commercial office space in Northeast Baltimore City for $1.275 million. Situated at the intersection of Edison Highway and E. North Avenue, Edison Industrial Center was vacant at the time of the sale. The asset is equipped with 14-foot ceiling heights, a fenced and secured outdoor storage lot, two loading docks and one oversized drive-in dock and is contained within a 1.1-acre site.
Edison Industrial Center is located less than three miles from Baltimore’s central business district, eight miles from the Dundalk, Fairfield and Seagirt Marine Terminals and 15 miles from BWI Airport.
The new owner intends to immediate initiate a marketing and leasing strategy to attract one or more tenants to the property.
