MacKenzie Completes 36,950 sf Carroll County Lease

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that ABC Supply Co., Inc. has signed a lease for 36,950 square feet at 1332 Londontown Boulevard, a 373,728 square foot warehouse and office project in Eldersburg, Carroll County, Maryland. ABC Supply Co., Inc. is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows, and other select exterior and interior building products, tools, and related supplies. This new location nearly doubles ABC’s current footprint that is located just two miles east and will allow the group to expand operations and improve their distribution process. MacKenzie Vice President Dennis Boyle and Senior Vice President/Principal Daniel Hudak represented the landlord in the transaction.

Available immediately, the sublease space is divisible to as low as 1,500 square feet and ideal for varying uses.
