Mygrant Glass Purchases 56,509 SF Industrial Building

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce the recent sale of 6620 Amberton Drive, a free-standing 56,509 square foot industrial building in Elkridge, Maryland. The building was purchased by Mygrant Glass, the largest independent wholesale distributor of auto glass and supplies in the United States. Mygrant Glass is represented nationally by Executive Vice President, Jeremy Jensen, SIOR, and President, Michael Jeppesen, SIOR, of IPG Commercial Real Estate in Salt Lake City, UT. Jensen worked with MacKenzie’s Senior Vice President/Principal Daniel Hudak, SIOR and Vice President Andrew Meeder to provide local market intelligence and representation.

Located just off Route 100 and minutes from I-95, the building included approximately two acres of excess land that provides Mygrant with the opportunity to expand the existing building up to an additional 30,000 square feet. With more than 70 locations throughout the U.S., this is the first owner-operated building in the Baltimore market for the company; they previously leased space in Baltimore City.
