MacKenzie Completes Carroll County Sales Totaling $1.83 Million
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce two recent sales in Carroll County, Maryland totaling $1,835,000: 60 Aileron Court in Westminster and 100 W. Old Liberty Road in Sykesville. Vice President Dennis Boyle represented the purchaser in both transactions which closed late December 2020.
60 Aileron Court, a 6,000 square foot flex condo, sold for $585,000. The purchaser was Baltimore Canvas, a commercial shade and awning company that was formed in 1917. The group designs and fabricates their awnings and custom canvas products onsite. They will be relocating their operations from Baltimore City. 100 W. Old Liberty Road, a 3.5 acre, commercially zoned redevelopment site, sold for $1.250,000 to RBS Auto and Trailer Sales, an authorized trailer dealership serving the Eldersburg area. Their plans include redeveloping the site for their new location, providing them with more visibility, storage, and easier access.
