MacKenzie Contracting Awarded Annapolis ENT 21,000 sf Renovation
MacKenzie Contracting Company, LLC is pleased to announce they have been awarded a 21,000 square foot interior renovation project for Annapolis ENT, a team of physicians that offer the full spectrum of ENT related services that has been serving the greater Annapolis region for more than 30 years. The group currently occupies medical office space located in the Sajak Building on the campus of Anne Arundel Medical Center. The project will be completed in phases on multiple floors while the practice remains open and fully operational. MacKenzie Contracting’s Mike Lambert, Senior Project Manager will be overseeing the project.
Annapolis ENT’s space was designed by CRGA Design, a comprehensive architectural, interior design, and planning firm that provides services across the healthcare industry. Interior renovations will consist of a new operating room suite with post-op and recovery areas, new procedure rooms, a plastic surgery suite, an audiology department with sound booths, multiple exam and treatment rooms, and physician offices and staff areas. MacKenzie is following its own strict CDC-based COVID-19 policy to ensure the safety of all patients, visitors, medical staff, and construction employees; safety of all involved is of utmost importance to MacKenzie in these trying times.
Having partnered with some of the region’s most prestigious healthcare organizations, this assignment adds to MacKenzie Contracting’s extensive healthcare experience which consists of the construction of general and inpatient locations, labor and delivery, ambulatory centers, emergency care centers, and laboratory and research facilities.
