MacKenzie Represents the Sale of Nearly 63,000 SF in Carroll County
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that they completed 62,612 square feet of sales transactions in Carroll County during late 4th Quarter 2019. All located Westminster, Maryland, properties sold included 909 Baltimore Boulevard, a 45,200 square foot flex building known as the Carroll County Innovation Center fronting Route 140; 437 Manchester Road, an 11,912 square foot warehouse building that was a former health club; and, 1824 Ridge Road that totaled 5,500 square feet of flex space. Vice President Dennis Boyle represented MacKenzie in each transaction.
Manchester and Ridge Road will be occupied by the new owners, a roofing company and pressure washing company, respectively. 909 Baltimore Boulevard was an investment sale. The building consists of three, 15,000 square foot sections; one area is built out as executive office suites, a second is warehouse space occupied by a government contractor, and the remaining 15,000 square foot portion is available for lease. Boyle has been retained by the new owner to represent leasing efforts for the building.
