MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Nalley Fresh has signed a 10-year, 2,300 square foot lease at Court Towers, a 137,000 square foot class A office building located at 210 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Towson, Maryland. Situated at the corner of Bosley and West Pennsylvania Avenues in the heart of Towson’s business district, this location marks the 11th in the Baltimore Metro area and northern suburbs of Washington, DC for the Nalley Fresh brand. The addition of Nalley Fresh at Court Towers provides the building’s tenants, those in surrounding buildings, and visitors to Towson and its multiple county government buildings a highly desirable dining destination. The new Court Towers location will also be introducing a one-of-a-kind Nalley Fresh breakfast menu. Construction has begun on the space with an expected opening slated for September.
