MacKenzie Promotes Joe Bradley to Principal
The MacKenzie Companies are proud to announce that Joe Bradley has been named a Principal of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, the company’s brokerage division, and is now Senior Vice President/Principal.
With nearly 20 years’ experience, Joe has been a member of MacKenzie’s office team since 2011. Joe’s focus includes the sale and leasing of commercial assets, tenant advisory, and consulting for local and regional tenants and landlords in the Greater Baltimore region. During his tenure with MacKenzie, he has represented a diverse group of clients including Planit, HMS Insurance, Foulger Pratt, Liberty Property Trust, Blue Ocean Realty, Greenfield Partners, and M&T Bank among others. Since joining MacKenzie, he has completed transactions in excess of 2.5 million square feet and valued at over $305 million.
As a Senior Vice President/Principal, Joe will provide leadership to members of MacKenzie’s brokerage division and work to build the firm’s presence in the market, maintaining and promoting the MacKenzie brand. He will continue to provide his clients the superior advisory services that have earned him this new recognition.
