Moe’s Southwest Grill’s First Entry to the Baltimore Metro Area

MacKenzie Retail, LLC is proud to announce that Moe’s Southwest Grill, a fast-casual restaurant serving a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order Southwest fair, has signed a lease for a 2,700 square foot end-cap at Landsdowne Station on Washington Boulevard in Baltimore County. Represented by Real Estate Advisors Henry Deford and Mike Gioioso of MacKenzie Retail, LLC, Moe’s has aggressive expansion plans for the Baltimore area, often considered a competitive market among the quick-serve Mexican concepts.

Founded in December 2000 in Atlanta, GA, Moe’s Southwest Grill® currently serves Southwest fare at more than 500 locations in the United States and abroad. Moe’s is scheduled to open in Fall of 2015.
