Tom Green

Tom Green is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie’s investment sales team. Working under industry veteran Owen Rouse, Tom’s daily activities include conducting market research and tracking industry trends, supporting business development initiatives, and working to identify potential investment opportunities. Working closely with senior team members, Tom conducts property analysis and assists with due diligence associated with investment sale transactions throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan market area.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Tom worked out of the Charleston office of Vendr as a Business Development Representative responsible for prospect development in the software industry. He holds a degree in Communication with a professional sales minor from Salisbury University. A native of Baltimore and graduate of Calvert Hall College, Tom is a licensed salesperson in the State of Maryland.
