Natalie Rocha

Natalie joined the MacKenzie team in 2023 and works as a Brokerage Coordinator supporting a leading team of industrial brokers in the firm’s Baltimore office. Natalie’s primary responsibilities include establishing and overseeing efforts to generate and track sales and leasing prospects and market activity, identifying market opportunities, and assisting with business development initiatives. Additionally, she is the liaison between her team and the marketing department for the creation and oversight of client deliverables, she manages and tracks her team’s property listings, organizing and vetting leads, provides transaction management support, and works to build client relations. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Natalie was a marketing and office coordinator for a prominent residential brokerage team in the DC market. She is a graduate of Furman University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in communication studies. Natalie is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Maryland.
