Matt specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, warehouse and flex properties. Matt has extensive experience representing businesses, property owners and investors throughout the Baltimore-Washington Market. He specializes in corporate tenant representation advising his tenant clients with their real estate/lease portfolios in Maryland and nationally. Since joining MacKenzie, Matt has completed transactions valued at over $500 million. Matt maintains a high level of professionalism and is committed to providing his clients top-tier real estate services.
Matt is a Baltimore native and a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Matt is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland.
