Mary Ziemann

Mary joined MacKenzie Management Company in 2009 and specializes in office and retail management. As an agent for her property owners, Mary’s responsibilities include building inspections, vendor contract solicitations and review, and tenant relations. She also oversees financial reporting and budgeting for each property.

Prior to her role as senior property manager, Mary worked for MacKenzie Services as the team lead for its customer service center. In that role, Mary was responsible for assisting clients in the reporting of maintenance issues, tracking problematic issues, and answering general building-related questions.
