Mary Ziemann

Mary joined MacKenzie Management Company in 2009 and specializes in office and retail management. As an agent for her property owners, Mary’s responsibilities include building inspections, bidding, awarding, and overseeing all vendor contracts, repair work, and capital improvements to the property. Mary also creates and reports on the annual budget and reviews the monthly financial statements.

Prior to her role as senior property manager, Mary worked for MacKenzie Services as the team lead for its customer service center. In that role, Mary was responsible for assisting clients in the reporting of maintenance issues, tracking problematic issues, and answering general building-related questions.
