Ketch brings over 35 years of experience to the MacKenzie team, offering deep expertise in Maryland’s commercial real estate market. Specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, warehouse, and flex properties, he represents both property owners and users with a focus on tailored, results-driven strategies.

Ketch supports clients through every step of the real estate process, including site selection, lease and sale negotiations, and delivering customized, data-driven solutions. By proactively tracking market inventory and user activity, he provides clients with current and comprehensive insights to guide informed decisions.

Much of his work involves repeat business, serving as an ongoing real estate representative and integrating clients’ real estate strategies with their business objectives to maximize productivity and enhance the bottom line. His diverse portfolio includes clients from industries such as manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, government, finance, professional services, digital media, and video game development.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Ketch graduated from St. Paul’s School and Denison University. He is deeply involved in his community, serving as a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and supporting the Living Classrooms Foundation. Additionally, he is an active member of the Hunt Valley Business Forum and the Regional Manufacturing Institute (RMI).

Ketch is based in MacKenzie’s downtown Baltimore office.
