John Michael

John Michael is a real estate advisor with MacKenzie, working from the firm’s Bel Air, Maryland office. In his role, John will collaborate with senior team members in the sale and leasing of office and retail space and the representation of tenants throughout the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. John’s primary responsibilities involve generating new leasing prospects, identifying market opportunities, and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives. With a focus on providing comprehensive site selection services, market research, lease negotiation, and relocation strategies, John is dedicated to working with his team to deliver tailored solutions for local, regional, and national clients.

Prior to joining MacKenzie as a real estate advisor, he interned with MacKenzie’s Baltimore County team supporting tenant prospecting and market research efforts. He also worked with Mackenzie’s property management and capital divisions, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. A Baltimore native, John is a graduate of The College of Charleston where he earned a bachelor of science in commercial real estate finance. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland.
