Dennis Boyle, SIOR

Dennis Boyle serves as a Senior Vice President of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Columbia, Maryland. Starting his commercial real estate career more than 20 years ago, Dennis worked with Lee & Associates and the Commercial Division of Re/Max prior to joining MacKenzie. His experience includes the sale and leasing of more than one million square feet of various asset classes and the representation of a tenant portfolio that comprises numerous local and national clients totaling nearly two million square feet. Dennis also has more than 20 years of commercial construction experience, founding and operating Sunset Builders, Inc. Active in his community both in the workplace and beyond, Dennis is a member of the Howard and Carroll County Chambers, the South Carroll Business Association, BWI Business Partnership, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Dennis has leased and sold over 1 million square feet of buildings and concluded over 500 separate real estate transactions in the span of his career. He has been a leasing representative for various institutional and local clients with a portfolio in excess of 1,700,000 square feet of real estate.
