Daniel Hudak, SIOR

As a Senior Vice President and Principal with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Daniel Hudak brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to MacKenzie. He leads an industrial occupier services team out of MacKenzie’s Baltimore office, delivering in-depth real estate knowledge through quality service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and across the country. Dan’s focus is understanding the client’s business first. By applying his background in business and finance coupled with the use data analytics, Dan is able to develop effective real strategies for corporate clients. His experience in build-to-suits, facility acquisition and disposition and site location work, has allowed him to serve a broad client base including e-commerce distribution, technology and manufacturing uses. Dan is past member of the Council Supply Chain Management Professionals.
