As a Senior Research Analyst, Christine primarily focusing on tracking market activity in the Baltimore Metropolitan area and surrounding region. This involves monitoring property, development, tenant, and transactional activity to keep the brokers and their clients well-informed about market dynamics, aiding in strategic decision-making. She also compiles these findings into MacKenzie’s extensive research databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance for brokers and clients alike, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics. Additionally, Christine leverages GIS mapping to create static and interactive maps, enhancing the firm’s offerings and providing valuable visual representations of market data to clients.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Christine spent over ten years at CoStar, the world’s leading commercial real estate database, as a Certified Research Analyst. During her tenure, she worked on markets from Maine to Miami, compiling and verifying information. Christine also played a pivotal role in training new employees, teaching courses on advanced research processes, and serving as a mentor. Notably, during CoStar’s $585 million acquisition of Apartments.com, she led a team of 25 responsible for quality assurance.
