Bryan Herr

As Vice President, Bryan brings more than four years’ experience to MacKenzie’s brokerage division, specializing in the sale  and leasing of office and industrial assets throughout the Baltimore Washington Corridor. Representing local, regional, and  national clients, Bryan focuses on developing and maintaining tenant and landlord relationships. He works to support office  and industrial users with site selection, lease analysis, and contract negotiation, while implementing real estate strategies  based on the client’s overall business initiatives. In addition to his core responsibilities, Bryan plays a crucial role in supporting  business development plans. He is proficient at identifying market opportunities that align with the strategic goals of his  clients. By supplying comprehensive market data and analysis, Bryan helps clients make informed decisions regarding their  real estate investments. His ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights enables clients to capitalize on  emerging opportunities and navigate potential challenges effectively.  

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Bryan worked for Marcus & Millichap and has served as an Operations Manager with Braincool,  Amazon, and Walmart. He is a graduate of West Chester University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business.
