Brendan Gill

Brendan O. Gill serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of MacKenzie Ventures, LLC where he oversees strategy and operations for The MacKenzie Companies alongside CEO and Chairman, Gary Gill. The MacKenzie Companies include MacKenzie Management Company, LLC, MacKenzie Services Company, LLC, MacKenzie Asset Management, LLC, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, MacKenzie Contracting, LLC, MacKenzie Capital, LLC, and MacKenzie Investment Group, LLC. Brendan collaborates with the President of each division closely to cohesively deploy strategy for growth, culture, collaboration, and operations.

Brendan joined MacKenzie in 2006 and has held positions in brokerage, development, and property management, where he oversaw growth from 2.5 million square feet under management to 10 million square feet. Additionally, Brendan, alongside Michael Bradley, was instrumental in forming MacKenzie Investment Group, LLC, the company’s development and investment division.

He is a past President of NAIOP Maryland, a state-wide association serving the interests of the commercial real estate industry, and currently serves as Chairman of their Political Action Committee. He received his undergraduate of The University of Virginia and earned his CCIM designation in 2007.
