MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC has brokered a lease with Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association for a free-standing building at 1730 York Road, in the Timonium area of Baltimore County. The location, which recently opened, represents the 10th full-service branch banking office for the locally operated financial institution.
