Chris Boland

Chris Boland is a Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC focusing primarily on the leasing and sales of industrial, warehouse and flex properties in the Baltimore Metro area. Having worked with a variety of users, Chris uses his deep understanding of the market to generate new prospects and identify new leasing and sale opportunities. Chris excels in detailed communication with his clients and has in-depth experience marketing industrial and office properties for sale.

Prior to joining MacKenzie in 2022, Chris spent three years with Blue & Obrecht Realty where he focused on the leasing and sales of industrial and office properties. Before commercial real estate, Chris spent time living in Los Angeles, New Hampshire, and Boston in numerous sales and business development roles in the sports event management and logistics industry.

A Baltimore native, Chris is a graduate of The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University where he was a national champion, captain, and All-American, on the men’s lacrosse team. Chris resides in Towson with his wife and son.
