Welcome Home Expands to Annapolis

Owned and operated by husband and wife Jenn Baker and John Laucik, Welcome Home Annapolis will be a combination of the couple’s two stores; Welcome Home Chestertown and Chester River Wine & Cheese Company, minus the cut-to-order cheese and wine. The new location will stock their favorite domestic and imported gourmet foods, alongside a diverse collection of cooking tools, kitchen and tableware linens, bath and body products, cleaning tools, home fragrance, and more. Welcome Home is committed to shopping small; the owners look to shop small and local first, seeking small-batch and domestically made products, as well as imported products that are harder to find in the USA. Through their commitment to shopping small, they have curated a unique collection of goods that are responsibly produced.

A grand opening event will take place at Welcome Home Annapolis on Monday, May 3rd at 2:00 p.m. The owners are also working to pull their three shops together under one brand, Welcome Home Markets and will be launching a new website later this month, www.welcomehomemarkets.com.
