GrillMarx Now Open in Downtown Columbia
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce this week’s grand opening of GrillMarx Steakhouse and Raw Bar at Little Patuxent Square, located in the heart of downtown Columbia, Maryland. Situated at 10175 Little Patuxent Parkway, this location marks the third for the restaurant, two others are in Clarksburg and Olney, Maryland. The founding members behind GrillMarx, which includes Andy and Jackie Leach, have been in the restaurant industry their entire working career and have opened restaurants such as TGIFridays, Houstons in Bethesda, Rock Bottom, Red Tomato, and Willie-n-Reeds. They have accumulated extensive experience and viewpoints that has resulted in the perfect combination in GrillMarx. MacKenzie’s Mike Ruocco and Mike Gioioso represented the landlord in the transaction.
GrillMarx sits at the base of the trophy, Class A, mixed-use Little Patuxent Square project, which includes the office building and Lakehouse Apartments. Occupying 6,500 square feet, the restaurant features an industrial chic open concept with high ceilings, floor to ceiling window lines, and lighting that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor patio space is also available for dining. GrillMarx offers guests an upscale yet casual dining environment where you can find a large selection; everything from exclusive cocktails, salads and sandwiches, to seafood or a hearty steak; the group prides themselves on preparing everything fresh with ingredients delivered and prepped daily, all house-made.

The grand opening will take place Thursday, October 22 at 5:00 p.m. The restaurant began a soft opening last week.
