Morgan Wimbrow

Morgan Wimbrow is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie’s Columbia brokerage team. Working under industry veteran Chris Bennett, Morgan supports leasing and sales activities for retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and flex properties in the Howard County, Anne Arundel County, and Eastern Shore markets. Her primary responsibilities include the generation of new tenant leads, cataloging market activity, supporting business development initiatives, and supporting landlord relationships. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Morgan worked as a Development Coordinator for JDRF in Washington, DC where she was responsible for coordinating fundraising events, establishing relationships with corporate supporters, and assisted with the creation of annual goals for the organization. Her experience also includes working as a member of the finance team for “Hogan for Governor” in Annapolis, MD where she worked to cultivate and nurture successful associations with potential sponsors and donors.

Morgan serves as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Bay Committee, while also active in Fort Meade Alliance and NAIOP. Morgan serves on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Board. She is a graduate of Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
