MacKenzie Management Welcomes Melanie Brent Carrera
The MacKenzie Companies are pleased to announce that Melanie Brent Carrera has joined their firm and will be working as a Business Development Associate for MacKenzie Management Company, LLC, the firm’s full-service property management division. Melanie brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate to the team in a wide variety of roles including marketing, client relations, leasing, and transaction management.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Melanie worked with Savills Studley where she was part of the team that opened the firm’s Baltimore Office and oversaw operations, client services, and marketing. Melanie’s professional experience also includes positions with Colliers International, Manekin, LLC, and KLNB, Inc. where she worked with each firm to build brand awareness through marketing management, provided direction to clients on formulating and executing business plans, and assisted agents with leasing and sales efforts.

She will also work to establish and maintain on-going client relationships and partner with the property managers and the firm’s marketing department to create and implement business strategies.
