Alton Curry Joins MCRES Flex/Industrial Team as Real Estate Advisor
Professional will work from company’s regional office in Baltimore City and focus on brokerage services assisting users and property owners
Alton Curry has joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as Real Estate Advisor. Formerly a Marketing Consultant for Sinclair Broadcast Group, Curry has been assigned to the company’s regional office in Baltimore City and will collaborate with Senior Vice President and Principals Dan Hudak, Andrew Meeder, and Matt Curran.
In his new role, Curry will provide an array of advisory and brokerage services assisting both users and property owners in the greater Maryland, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia marketplace focusing on the flex/office, industrial and warehouse asset class. This includes executing timely and successful outcomes to leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements and concluding tenant representation transactions to companies and organizations looking to enter into or expand within the region.
Curry has more than five years of diversified business and sales experience including spending nearly four years with Sinclair Broadcast Group. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Auburn University, he started his career with Major League Lacrosse.
