Commercial real estate brokerage firm cited for four commercial office leases and one industrial lease

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC has been recognized for five CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals for Q3 2024 in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, according to the company which provides information, analytics, and marketing services to the commercial real estate sector. The Lutherville, Maryland-based group received top honors for the execution of four commercial office leases and one industrial lease. Last year, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services executed more than 850 separate real estate transactions throughout the greater Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia area, which represented the highest total in its 56-year corporate history.

RTW Logistics expands presence in Dundalk with 87,325 square foot lease

RTW Logistics signed a lease with Ivy Realty for 87,325 square feet of space at 8203 Fischer Road in Dundalk. With this deal, the Houston-based logistics company expanded its presence within the property located along Interstate 695, and approximately six miles from the Dundalk Marine Terminal. The 1950s-era building is now 40 percent leased. Patrick Smith, SIOR of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and CBRE represented the landlord.

HHL Advertising signs 14,839 square foot renewal in Hunt Valley

HHL Advertising, which has occupied space within 101 Schilling Road in Hunt Valley for more than 20 years, signed a 14,839 square foot renewal in the building owned by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services and anchored by Eating Recover Center. MacKenzie’s Daniel Hudak, SIOR; Joseph Bradely, SIOR; Henson Ford and Dylan Bozel represented the landlord, and Lee & Associates | Maryland represented the tenant.

CollegeBound Foundation opens new office within 14,447 square foot space in Baltimore City

Non-profit organization CollegeBound Foundation, a group which helps Baltimore City public high school students earn admission into colleges and universities and contributes a portion of the tuition, signed a 14,447 square foot lease at 2507 N. Howard Street in Baltimore City. The recently-opened mixed-use building, developed by Seawall Development and known as The Service Center, contains 64 multifamily units. The organization has an annual $3 million scholarship pool and is engaged with 21 Baltimore City high schools. MacKenzie’s Mark Deering and Matthew Curran, SIOR represented the tenant and JLL represented the landlord.

Greater Chesapeake Hand Specialists renews 13,711 square foot lease in Lutherville

Orthopedic practice group Greater Chesapeake Hand Specialists renewed its 13,711 square foot lease at 1400 Front Avenue in Lutherville. The healthcare provider specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, arm, and shoulder and treats adults and children. In addition to its main office in Lutherville, the group maintains six locations throughout the central Maryland area. MacKenzie’s Henson Ford; Joseph Bradley, SIOR; Matthew Mueller, and Dylan Bozel represented the landlord and the tenant.

Continental Contractors renews 8,744 square foot lease in Annapolis

MacKenzie’s Christopher Bennett and Morgan Wimbrow represented the landlord and the tenant in Continental Contractors’ 8,744 lease renewal at 410 Severn Avenue in Annapolis. The hotel renovation consulting company utilizes the space, situated on the top floor of the Annapolis City Marina, for its corporate headquarters. The group also maintains regional offices in California and Florida.
