Oliver is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a specialized focus on industrial and logistics real estate. His experience in the industry includes assisting investors, owners, and occupiers with their real estate needs. His primary focus is on the Washington DC Metropolitan area and surrounding region, where he is responsible for business development, site selection, and guiding clients through the complex sale and leasing processes. Additionally, he provides tailored relocation strategies that help businesses thrive in their new environments. Past project experience includes supporting real estate efforts on behalf of: Penske, Skanska, GID, TA Realty, SK Realty, High Street Logistics Properties, and Triten Real Estate Partners.

Before transitioning into real estate, Oliver served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where he honed leadership, strategic planning, communication, and management skills. These skills have proven invaluable in his commercial real estate career, particularly in navigating high-stakes negotiations, managing complex transactions, and delivering optimal solutions for his clients. His professional background also includes three years working within Amazon, in roles of increasing responsibility and including operational management for fulfillment operations in large, Amazon AR-sortable sites.

Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland. He has also received certification as a Project Management Professional.
