Corey Caputo

Corey Caputo joined MacKenzie’s retail team in 2024 as a Senior Real Estate Advisor specializing in the sale and leasing of retail shopping centers and mixed-use properties across the greater Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a client-centered approach, he represents the interests of developers, landlords, and institutional owners, as well as acting as a tenant representative for various organizations and companies. Prior to his time with MacKenzie, he was the Leasing and Curation Manager at a local Baltimore development firm. Demonstrating an exceptional expertise in the leasing and development of Food Halls his efforts resulted in a 95% cumulative occupancy rate from five properties and facilitated over $11 million in leasing transactions. Corey holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University in New York and was a Division I athlete. He remains involved in local youth athletics and community organizations.
