MCRES Brokers Two Leases Totaling More Than 12,700 Square Feet Office Space at 1301 York Road in Lutherville

Leasing activity elevates occupancy at 113,000 square foot commercial office building to 94 percent  

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC has brokered two office leases totaling more than 12,700 square feet of space at 1301 York Road, with the activity elevating occupancy of the nine-story, 113,000 square foot office tower in Lutherville, Maryland to 94 percent. Boutique law firms Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. and Coon & Cole, LLC signed leases for 8,762 and 4,000 square feet of space respectively. Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer is relocating from its current location in the central business district of Towson and Coon & Cole is moving from the Timonium area.
