MacKenzie’s Tim Harrington Promoted to Vice President
Tim Harrington has been promoted to Vice President, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, the full-service brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, LLC, a multi-disciplined commercial real estate, and construction services group based in Lutherville, Maryland. Formerly Senior Real Estate Advisor, Harrington joined the company in 2020 and has more than 14 years of business and commercial real estate experience.
Based in the company’s Lutherville office, Harrington represents the real estate interests of local, regional, and national retailers looking to enter into or expand within the greater Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia region. This includes providing site selection, lease negotiation and multi-market strategy services to retailers and restaurants. Harrington also handles sales and leasing responsibilities for landlords, investors, and property owners. Throughout his career, he has provided real estate services to BET Investments, ATAPCO, Obrecht Properties, Orrstown Bank, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, and Royal Farms.
Harrington is a member of ICSC, the Retail Brokers Network and the Urban Land Institute.
