Ethan Binnix

Ethan Binnix is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie’s Annapolis brokerage team from the firm’s Annapolis office. Ethan works directly with Trish Farrell and David McClatchy in supporting the commercial real estate requirements of Anne Arundel County. His role encompasses leasing and sales activities for office, mixed-use, flex, and medical product throughout the Annapolis region and the Baltimore Washington Corridor. Ethan focuses on the representation of tenants working to identify and analyze their commercial real estate needs. Ethan’s primary responsibilities include the generation of new tenant leads, cataloging market activity used to identify market opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives. He specializes in site selection, market research, lease negotiation, and relocation strategies to local, regional, and national clients.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Ethan worked with Avison Young in Washington, DC. There, he was responsible for land prospecting, providing key information on leasing availability and market conditions to tenants and landlords, compiling market surveys and summary reports, coordinating site tours, and uncovering new prospects and opportunities. An Annapolis native, Ethan is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Financial Management. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia.
