Mike Ruocco Joins MacKenzie Team
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Mike Ruocco has joined their brokerage division as a Senior Real Estate Consultant. Specializing in retail leasing and sales, Mike will be located in the firm’s headquarter location in Lutherville and continue to actively represent clients within the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
Starting his real estate career in 2012, Mike worked with Colliers International and JLL prior to joining MacKenzie. In addition to leasing and sales experience, Mike offers a comprehensive knowledge of the note sale, distressed asset sale, and development arena. He has worked to establish long-lasting notable relationships with clients on local, regional, and national levels. Active with his community both in the workplace and beyond, Mike is a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and the Greater Towson Committee’s Executive Board.

MacKenzie’s retail team has grown to include 12 agents across the State of Maryland. As part of this team, Mike will work to establish new tenant and landlord relations while continuing to support his existing client base. He will also be providing clients necessary market analysis and updates in support of the firm’s business development initiatives. A Baltimore-native, Mike attended Towson University and is a graduate of Calvert Hall College. He is licensed in both the State of Maryland and District of Columbia.
