Davenport Preschool Opening Second Location
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that the Davenport Preschool, currently located in Towson, Maryland, signed a lease for a second learning center in Sparks, Baltimore County, Maryland. Located at 120 Sparks Valley Road, the approximately 15,200 square foot space will open doors to welcome children and families September 2017. MacKenzie Senior Vice President/Principal Joe Bradley and Vice President Matt Mueller represented the Davenport Preschool in the transaction.
Davenport Preschool, found in 2013 by Elizabeth (Liz) Davenport Harlan, is a unique community of children, parents, and educators who partner together to nurture and teach each individual child. The school offers both full-time and part-time schedules for children aged 2 through Pre-K. Davenport is an inclusive learning environment, accommodating children of all abilities.

Situated approximately one mile north of Hunt Valley Towne Centre just off York Road, Davenport North will feature both classroom learning spaces and outside play areas. 120 Sparks Valley Road, represented by Patrick Smith and Paul Obrecht, III of Blue & Obrecht Realty/CORFAC International, Inc., is part of a corporate park environment offering retail, banking, and dining options.
