Tom Mottley

Thomas Mottley has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, and retail properties in the Harford and Cecil County, Maryland markets. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Tom was a licensed stock broker and industrial entrepreneur. This diverse financial and business experience provides Tom a unique insight on how real estate affects the day-to-day aspects of a company’s business strategy. This deep understanding of business, finance, and commercial real estate is witnessed in several of the area’s most notable projects including Bel Air South Professional Center and Boulevard at Box Hill. Tom recently served as a member of newly elected Harford County Executive Barry Glassman’s transition team.
